Attention Permit Applicants!!
“Any” road damage that occurs to Township Roads during construction and/or excavation, by over-weight vehicles in excess of weight limits or use of machinery shall be the responsibility of the Permit Applicant to repair and/or reimburse the Township for the repairs to said road or road right of way. The Township must approve all repairs of damage. A road bond may or may not be required. Check with the Township Office before starting work.
